Hi, I have just bought a new condo and am looking for an online design service that can help me come up with a plan that looks good for the furniture. The cabinetry, appliances, and ceiling lighting are already included with the condo. So I mainly need help choosing colors and styles of furniture, lamps, plants, mirrors, chandeliers, artwork, decorations. Depending on your pricing, I may want to start with the combined living/dining room and proceed from there. I am attaching photos of the model unit so that you can see the finishings. The cabinetry along the wall near the main entrance will be excluded, only the part near the dining/living room will be included. The measurements on the floor plan are in meters. The guest bedroom is the one that I would like you to design as the "home office" but in reality, I would like for it to be a mix of home office/gym (Peloton bike, pair of dumbbells), and perhaps a daybed in case I have a guest, but I don't have people stay over too often. In the section that asks for photos that inspire me, I am attaching photos of my previous condo so that you can get a bit of an idea of the style that I like. I didn't like the style of the couch because the puffy cushions were uncomfortable to sit on, but the appearance was nice nonetheless.

The colors of the wood cabinetry and the floor are not my favorite. I would prefer shades of gray, but I can’t do anything about it at this stage. If we can take the emphasis away from the beige/light wood using the furniture and decorations, that would be great.
What pieces of existing furniture, lighting, art or accessories do you want to keep in the design?:
I have a Crate and Barrel bar cart that I would like to utilize if possible. I also like the Marilyn Monroe frame that I had above it (if it can fit into the new design concept).
I have beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and I love the West Elm mid-century modern type of design. It would be nice to have a sectional couch if you think that it fits nicely into the design. Notice how there is a space carved out in the back wall for where the couch is supposed to be. Also I'd like to consider options for both circular and rectangular dining tables. I am thinking that we could bring in some color with the bar counter stools that go on the back side of the island in the dining area.
