It's not a warm, comfy feeling or comfortable room. Might need more storage. Old mismatched furniture.

We would like to keep the coffee table, the long buffet in the corner, the TV, preferably the hanging chandelier and if furniture under the TV can be used, that would be fine.

In the eating area, we would like to keep the dining room table and chairs and the liquor cabinet. My husband mentioned that we only need bar stools for the eating area. We also need a lamp over the table and anything else you think would work, even placemats. I don't want it to look too asian if possible. We'll post dimensions of the furniture in the general comments.

We would also like to retain the chandelier in the family room.

The last picture of cabinets under the TV is optional. We can use these in other rooms. The TV is mounted on the wall and would have to stay in the same location.
