Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish

Master bedroom design
Currently in the room, I have the following pieces that I would like incorporated into the final design:
- Thuma Bed (picture attached)
- Rug (Sarah Sherman Samuel Irregular Checkerboard Rug - the neutral version of this rug)
- Chair Sarah Sherman Samuel Billow Bouclé Lounge Chair (I am open to another chair if this does not fit the design well)
Overall style desired:
- Neutrals but can have some pops of color (prefer earthy calming tones like oranges, greens)
- I want a seating area with a lamp
- The room is big and feels too bare - I do not it to be feel crowded but do want it to feel cozy and put together
- I really like Sarah Sherman Samuel as a designer and that vibe - organic shapes and layered look
- I think I want a bench at the end of the bed or two larger stools....maybe some that is in a different fabric to add more dimension. Perhaps velvet but im open
- I dont like traditional nor farmhouse looks...prefer a mix of scandanavian with mid century modern and organic look. Overall a cozy and serene / relaxing vibe. I want the bedroom to feel designed with different styles that fit together vs. a cookie cutter look of any one particular style
- Across from the bed, there is a very large white wall...I am not planning on having a TV but need something to fill that space
- When you walk into the room on the right hand side there is also quite a bit of space and another fairly large wall
- I would consider a modern / clean looking fireplace on the wall across from the bed (not sure if feasible from a construction perspective) but an option
- I need a floor length mirror...I like a brand called ethnik living for mirrors but am open
- I do not need additional storage for clothes - I currently so not have a dresser but do not need it for storage so would prefer to fill the space otherwise than to add a dresser unless absolutely needed to fill the space
- I would like potentially a tall plant in the room
