What drives you to design?
I've been driven to design since I was a child. My younger years were spent designing dollhouses, sketching homes, and 3d modeling. I love how Interior Design is an art form balanced with science, but ultimately what drives me is seeing a happy and excited client who can't wait to show off their new space!
We know you love designing, but what about it do you love most?
I entered into the world of design originally to be creative but I found that I love working with people more than anything. Design is such a service-oriented professional where our clients trust us to come into their home, their most personal place, and allow us to transform their home into something really special. The best part is getting to know and work intimately with my clients and seeing what makes their hearts sing, and then translating that into their dream space.
From where do you draw most of your inspiration?
I'm a world traveler! Our company frequently travels all over the world to taste and experience the different flavors of design. Most of my personal inspiration comes from seeing many beautiful designs and then putting my own twist on things. One of the biggest impactful inspirations was getting to live and experience the "city of lights" in Dubai where they created an incredibly unique city from the sand. Oftentimes, this reminds me that anything is possible with design.
